Tour Itinerary

Everyday schedule of this tour you should know

Day 1: Arrival and Orientation

– Arrive by max evening 4 PM at Jabalpur station/airport and transfer to our Panna.
– Reach by 9PM & Check-in.
– Workshop Introduction and briefing by Abhisek Acharya.
– Have dinner and time for sleep.

Day 2-3: Safaris & Photography Sessions

Safaris 1 & 2
– Morning Safari 1 (6:30 AM – 11:00 AM)
– Early start to catch morning light.
– Focus on understanding light and animal behaviour.
– Breakfast inside the park which would have packed.
– Midday: Come back to resort . Rest and time to review/edit photos.
– Have some delicious Lunch
– Afternoon Safari 3 (2:30 PM – 6:00 PM)
– Emphasise tracking tigers, understanding movement, and action shots.
– Special focus: The afternoon golden light for portrait shots.
– Post-safari discussion on the shots and personalised feedback.
– Dinner and sleep.

Safari 3 & 4

Same schedule as before.

Day 5: Final Safari & Departure

– Safaris 5 & Departure
– Morning Safari 8 (6:30 AM – 10:00 AM)**
– Focus on targeted wildlife, wrapping up key learnings.
– Breakfast and Final Discussion
– Q&A session, personalized advice, and feedback on the entire workshop.
– Group Photo session.
– Departure to Jabalpur. You'll reaching Gwalior by 3 PM. Have lunch at Jabalpur and say good bye until next time.

Additional Notes:

Safari Timings: Safari timings will vary according to season/month
Photography Equipment: Bring your camera with long zoom lenses for wildlife photography.
We don't recommend you to carry tripod in any of our tiger safaries.
Ideally, 300mm and above lenses are recommended along with a 70-200 f/2.8 would be very helpful for closer sightings of animals, and your 70-200 would be helpful for landscape and habitat shots.
Clothing: We wont recommend you to wear any light or neon colour dresses. That distracts the animal or bird. Bring comfortable walking shoes, hats, and sunscreen for safaris. Take your medicines as per your requirement.
Fitness: Safaris can involve long periods of sitting in vehicles. So suitable for most people.

Inclusions :

*Everything from pick up till drop.

* One complimentary post-processing session on 2nd/3rd day evening.

*Everyday evening photo review session.

* Twin sharing accommodation and three times food during the trip.

* Safari permits and all safari charges.

* Pick up & Drop to Jabalpur Airport/ Railway station.

Exclusions :

* Any airfare / Railway Tickets.

* Single accommodation will charge you extra cost.
* Camera fees if any.
* Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours, extra meals, and beverages ordered.
* Insurance, laundry, and phone calls.
* Bottled water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
* Anything that is not listed under ‘inclusions’.
