Tour Itinerary

Everyday schedule of this tour you should know

Day 1 — Delhi to Dhikala | First Safari

Early morning: Pickup from Delhi and drive towards Jim Corbett National Park.
Proceed towards the Dhikala Zone. Checkin at Dhikala FHR & stay.
Lunch and a short workshop introduction and photography briefing.
Afternoon safari in Dhikala, our first opportunity to explore the forest and Ramganga landscape.
Focus on observing wildlife behavior and identifying opportunities for creative wildlife photography.
Evening return to Dhikala, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2 — Full-Day Wildlife Photography | 2 Safaris

Early morning Dhikala safari during the best natural light.
Focus on tiger photography, wildlife behavior, action, environmental portraits, and creative compositions.
Return for breakfast and rest.
Photography discussion covering composition, exposure, autofocus, shutter speed, light, and anticipating wildlife behavior.
Afternoon safari through Dhikala, exploring different habitats and photographic opportunities.
Focus on creating images beyond conventional wildlife portraits, using layers, habitat, foregrounds, backlighting, and negative space.
Return to Dhikala for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 — Dhikala Wildlife Photography | 2 Safaris

Early morning Dhikala safari.
Continue working on tiger and wildlife photography, while remaining open to elephants, deer, birds, and other forest species.
Individual on-field photography mentorship throughout the safari.
Return for breakfast and a photography discussion/image review.
Afternoon Dhikala safari, using the changing afternoon and golden-hour light for creative wildlife images.
Focus on behavior, action sequences, silhouettes, environmental storytelling, and decisive moments.
Evening post-processing masterclass, covering image selection, RAW processing, tonal control, cropping, color, and developing a cohesive wildlife photography style.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 — Final Safari | Dhikala to Delhi

Early morning sixth and final safari in Dhikala.
Last opportunity to photograph the forest's wildlife in the soft morning light.
Focus on capturing the final creative frames of the workshop.
Return for breakfast and check-out.
Depart Dhikala and drive back to Delhi.
Drop at Delhi, concluding the 3-night / 4-day Jim Corbett wildlife photography workshop.

Additional Notes:

Safari Timings: Safari timings will vary according to season/month
Photography Equipment: Bring your camera with long zoom lenses for wildlife photography.
Tripod is not recommendable in tiger safari.
Ideally, 300mm and above lenses highly recommended for this.
Clothing: We wont recommend you to wear any light or neon colour dresses. That distracts the animal or bird. Bring comfortable walking shoes, hats, and sunscreen for safaris. Take your medicines as per your requirement.
Fitness: Safaris can involve long periods of sitting in vehicles. So suitable for most people.

* Twin sharing accommodation and three times food during the trip.

* Safari permits and all safari charges.

* Pick up & Drop to Delhi Airport/ Railway station.

* Any airfare / Railway Tickets.

* Single accommodation will charge you extra cost.
* Camera fees if any.
* Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours, extra meals, and beverages ordered.
* Insurance, laundry, and phone calls.
* Bottled water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
* Anything that is not listed under ‘inclusions’.
